Kevin T. Cuenot

Kevin Cuenot is a founding member of Cuenot, Forsythe & Kim. Kevin obtained his B.S. in Electrical Engineering with honors from Florida Atlantic University in 1996 and his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law with high honors in 2000. Kevin’s practice focuses on domestic and foreign patent prosecution, with an emphasis on procuring patents in the fields of computer science and software-related technologies, telecommunications, wireless and mobile communications, computer-based circuit design tools, digital electronics, and various programmable and System-on-Chip (SoC) integrated circuit technologies for a variety of well-known technology companies. Kevin also has significant experience with appeals before the USPTO Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Kevin has published on topics such as international patent law harmonization and delivered presentations on various topics in patent law.
