Mr. Cuenot obtained his B.S. in Electrical Engineering with honors from Florida Atlantic University and his J.D. from the University of Florida with high honors. He has practiced patent law for over 12 years, with an emphasis on procuring patents in the fields of computer science and software-related technologies, telecommunications, wireless and mobile communications, computer-based circuit design tools, digital electronics and programmable integrated circuits.
Mr. Cuenot has published on topics such as international patent law harmonization and delivered presentations on various topics in patent law. Mr. Cuenot also has experience with intellectual property opinions, appeals before the USPTO Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences, technology licensing agreements, and trademark and copyright issues. Currently, Mr. Cuenot focuses his practice on procuring patents for a variety of well-known technology companies.
