Terry W. Forsythe

Mr. Forsythe is a founding member of Cuenot, Forsythe & Kim.  Mr. Forsythe received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering, cum laude, from Florida Atlantic University and his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University. Prior to practicing law, he worked as an engineer for 13 years, during which time he obtained substantial experience in electrical and electronics engineering, including various types of RF circuit design, missile defense systems and audio/video systems. Mr. Forsythe has practiced patent law full time since 2001, with an emphasis on procuring patents in the electrical, computer, software and mechanical arts.  Mr. Forsythe has extensive experience both in patent application drafting/preparation and prosecution of patent applications before the United States Patent & Trademark Office, including practice before the USPTO Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Mr. Forsythe focuses his practice on procuring patents for a variety of well-known technology companies.
